Need Business Analyst

Location:  TX

Rate: $50/hr c2c max

F2f is required, need locals only

 

Required Skills:

·         Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

·         PC proficiency to include but not limited to MS Office

·         Experience with multiple full lifecycle software projects with strong understanding of how each phase fits into the overall lifecycle

·         Experience in documenting system/project requirements

·         Experience in developing test plans

·         Experience in using requirements management tools

·         Experience with business modeling tools (i.e. Visio) and various methodologies/frameworks

·         Knowledge of facilitation process or Facilitation and leadership skills

·         Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously

·         Experience composing summaries

·         At least 5 years experience in Healthcare

·         Strong Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10

·         Documentation of User Acceptance Test Plans and Test Cases

·         Translate high-level business requirements into functional/system requirements for the organization and manage changes to such specifications

·         Elicitation and documentation of business and system/functional requirements for all approved changes to business processes, systems and policies for the organization

·         Define and document requirements utilizing standardized tools and techniques

·         Document Requirements for Enterprise Health Care Management (EHCM) projects as needed

·         Demonstrate an expertise in EHCM business processes and systems
