Position: Business Analyst (Technical)
Location: Minneapolis ,MN
Duration: 12+Months
Interview Mode: Skype
Requirements:
• Experience with Omni Channel Platform
• Working experience in Mobile Applications
• Must have experience with Agile practices
• Full understanding of how to manage story authoring, define acceptance criteria and manage the story lifecycle
• Demonstrate the ability to extract user stories from a user-interface design
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrate success in a highly-collaborative, very-fast paced environment; self-direction is key
• Is comfortable working and sitting within in a co-located Agile workspace
• Self Directed – can take a task and drive it to completion with minimal oversight
• Ability to coordinate with UX architects, designers, developers, and cross functional managers to determine requirements/constraints/dependencies
• Proven track record of helping develop requirements and solutions for products/systems which have made it to production
• Speaks with candor and brings forth a clear position with a sense of urgency for matters immediately needing to be discussed
• Knowledge of APIs, Software Product Development, XML, JSON
• Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA and Confluence
• Understanding of Test-Driven Development
• Programming experience
