Required Qualifications:
BS degree in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Geoscience, Computer science, Earth Science, IT, engineering or related disciplines or equivalent experience
5+ years of GIS experience
2+ years ArcGIS Server installation and administration (version 10.0 and later)
Demonstrated experience with Windows Server 2008, IIS
Experience with ESRI tools, specifically ArcGIS desktop and server (plus extensions)
Experience with ArcSDE
Experience with Oracle Client and Microsoft SQL Server Native Client
Experience with spatial data loading and conversion
Knowledge of file-based data standards, conventions, & management processes
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Oil and Gas industry experience

Geodesy awareness and experience
Remote sensing data acquisition, validation and maintenance
Experience working AutoCAD and/or Microstation
Knowledge of traditional and satellite based positioning
Understanding of Land and Hydrographic Surveying
Experience using hand-held GPS units and/or GPS-enabled cameras to capture location information
Demonstrated ability to perform technical business analysis and project management for GIS initiatives
