Primary Skills :           PeopleSoft HCM T/F System Integration Analyst

 

Job Description:

v  Experienced in business process and technologies related to the HR domain

v  PeopleSoft HR  - Techno-Functional will be an advantage

v  Experience in Coordinating and Leading the offshore team

v  Should have a profound knowledge in Software Lifecycle with multiple project release experience.

v  Customer facing experience

v  Should have worked in Onsite-offshore model in multiple projects with the ability to lead and handle Offshore team in India and be responsible for delivery.

v  Capability to handle  multiple enhancement projects in parallel.

 

Mandatory:

v  6+ years of  experience required in Application integration project

v  6+ years of experience in HCM domain with exposure to multiple aspects of Talent Management and HR processes

v  •             Functional Knowledge required on core HCM,  Recruitment, Learning Management, Talent Acquisition,Profile Management,   Employee and Manager Self Service,  and Payroll

v  Expertise required on Integration Technologies

v  Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies

v  Strong written and communication skills
