We have an open contract position with our DIRECT client- PeopleSoft HRMS-Functional

 

Contract Position: PeopleSoft HRMS-Functional

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Start Date: Immediately- 3rd Feb 2014

Duration: 9-12 months

 

DUTIES

Experienced Functional HRMS to study the current Payroll system, capture project requirements, execute fit/gap analysis, and assist the Project Manager with project implementation.

 

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Three (3) years experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft implementation projects.
• One successful project experience with either version HRMS 9.0 or more current
• One implementation for (North American Payroll) for clients of comparable size and complexity.
• Preferred PeopleSoft implementation experience includes: public sector, large employer (greater than 10,000 employees) multiple union contracts/compensation plans, multiple employment records, and heavy customizations
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS REQUIRED
