Primary Skills: Project/Program Manager with exceptional communication skills

Minimum Experience: 8-10 years of Project/Program Management

Preferred: with Freight Management experience.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         The PM is a one point contact for a 3^rd Party Vendor and should act as a liaison between Abbott, AbbVie and the vendor.

·         Maintain Abbott/AbbVie and Vendor relationships with an extraordinary communication and persuasive skills.

·         Manage expectations from Abbott, AbbVie and Vendor.

·         Interact with Abbott, AbbVie and 3^rd Party Vendor business/IT teams for smooth operations of 3^rd party vendor.

·         Also responsible to interact with the IT groups of all three organizations for development/testing of all data feeds shared within these 3 companies.

·         Create project plans and monitor overall project progress and delivery quality

·         Assist the technical management and team with scoping, identification of project deliverables, and creation of project-specific documentation such as functional specifications, technical specifications, etc.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment; reacts professionally under pressure.

·         Ability to manage priorities across multiple teams/projects, platforms.

·         Regularly prepare and present Business status reports to Abbott/AbbVie upper Management.

·         Identify Risks and create/execute mitigation plans for smooth execution of the operations.
