This is a Contract extendible Position based in Berlin, WI

 

Job Title: Senior Consultant: ITIL

Location: Berlin, WI

Duration: 6 months Contract

Certification: ITIL v3

 

Skills:

Must have

·         Strong expertise in Design & rollout of ITIL Process

·         Expertise in ITIL Process Standardization in Large enterprises 

·         Expertise in ITIL Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition & Service Operations

·         Expertise in managing Large-scale Process Transition and Org change management

·         Expertise in creation of Point of Views, Frameworks, Standards, Whitepapers

·         Excellent Communication and Client Interfacing skills

 

Nice to have

·         ITIL Expert Certification

 

Responsibilities:

·         ITIL Process Definition & Standardization 

·         Developing concepts, architecture frameworks and solution frameworks addressing core industry challenges and specific client needs

·         Provide transformational solutions and services for large deals and pursuits

·         Interact with client senior leadership to articulate value of Infosys Solution.

·         Working with accounts and Infosys Client Services Group on sales pursuit for defining innovative  solutions

·         Demonstrate broad knowledge of multiple industry standards/regulations and specialized knowledge of one to review remedial enhancements for simple gaps and recommend a strategy for handling complex gaps
