Certification: ITIL v3
Skills: Must have
• Strong expertise in Design & rollout of ITIL Process
• Expertise in ITIL Process Standardization in Large enterprises
• Expertise in ITIL Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition & Service Operations
• Expertise in managing Large-scale Process Transition and Org change management
• Expertise in creation of Point of Views, Frameworks, Standards, Whitepapers
• Excellent Communication and Client Interfacing skills
Nice to have
• ITIL Expert Certification
Responsibilities:
• ITIL Process Definition & Standardization
• Developing concepts, architecture frameworks and solution frameworks addressing core industry challenges and specific client needs
• Provide transformational solutions and services for large deals and pursuits
• Interact with client senior leadership to articulate value of Infosys Solution.
• Working with accounts and Infosys Client Services Group on sales pursuit for defining innovative solutions
• Demonstrate broad knowledge of multiple industry standards/regulations and specialized knowledge of one to review remedial enhancements for simple gaps and recommend a strategy for handling complex gaps
