Job Title: Java Front-End Developer
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Design that includes retail and support applications. You’ll be responsible for sustaining and enhancing the current corporate website, and developing new responsive mobile applications.
This position requires a well-rounded software engineer with strong front- and back-end experience. This position will lead by example; exercising unyielding integrity, a positive and collaborative attitude, high energy and sense of urgency, and passion.
Responsibilities:
The production, modification, and maintenance of websites and web application’s user intervaces.
Work with cross-functional team member to develop web strategy; crafting robust and scalable application architecture, designing and documenting the solution architecture.
Design and implement
Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to plan and implement seasonal applications.
Design web architecture for retail, customer support, and mobile systems.
Front- and back-end development
Define and promote SDLC best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
10+ years’ experience coding using HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, jQuery, JSON, Angular JS, and .Net.
5+ years project management experience.
Experience in handling both desktop and mobile browsers.
Experience working with Drupal, PHP, Zend framework, MVC, REST, Ajax and MySQL.
Experience with responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap and Responsive Grid for Drupal.
Experience developing/debugging for cross-browser issues.
Experience in developing responsive design web sites.
Must be detail oriented with the ability to work within a structured cross-functional team on complex and dynamic projects working in a Scrum environment.
