Job Description
Ø Test Development Engineer should have the following skill sets
Ø Engage with the Engineering Organization product team prior to concept commit to influence Df(x)
Ø Completes test programs and scripts for Contract Manufacturers
Ø Designs test plan for product or group of products
Ø Assesses test equipment costs
Ø Oversees delivery and assembly of test equipment
Ø Resolve product failure issues during manufacturing processes
Ø Good interpersonal skills
Ø The ability to work comfortably in a cross-functional environment
Ø An independent, self-starter
