VBA expert level 
Sharepoint at an expert level 
Microsoft Access at an advanced or expert level 
Experience with business / process analysis and how to bridge with the technology 
Experience with business intelligence tools (OBIEE) 
PL / SQL for Oracle at least at an intermediate level 
SQL at least at an intermediate level
