POSITION

IBM BPM Analyst

Multi year contract

St. Louis, MO

 

Responsibilities

Installation, configuration, and administration of IBM BPM, jRules and WODM, Websphere Application server ND V 8.0 . Setup and manage load balancing, clustering, and failover . Use and refine automation tools for Monitoring, Configuration and Deployment . Use automated tools for maintenance, configuration changes, password changes, snapshot deployments and migrations for IBM BPM process center.

Training of support personnel to perform basic troubleshooting . Define monitoring requirements and assist with implementation of defined requirements . Assist application teams with code issues and deployments .

Work with IBM Support on PMRs and enhancement requests.

Need for Flexibility and work off hours for maintenance (patching, upgrades, etc.) and releases

 

Required Skills/Experience:

3+ years of Standard/Advanced IBM BPM configuration, implementation, and administration experience (version 8.0 and higher) . 6+ years of IBM Websphere Application server ND, implementation, and administration experience . Strong knowledge in troubleshooting IBM Websphere Application server ND (V

8.0) IBM BPM (V 8.0) along with jrules and WODM . Strong understanding of Business Rules Engine . Strong understanding of Oracle database . Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux . Strong scripting skills (shell, ant,

jython/python) . Strong written and oral communication skills . Excellent problem solving skills . Ability to document processes and procedures .

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing team environment with aggressive timelines . Participate in rotating on-call support 24x7 and be available to work weekends and/or holidays, as necessary

 

Added Experience (nice to have)

WebLogic 10.3.0 Administration or higher . Strong Java skills . Oracle Service Bus 10.3.0 or higher . iLog/Cplex experience
