· Would be Responsible for Change Management,

· Incident Management,

· Problem Management,

· Risk Management.

· Client interfacing skills.

· Must be a RHCE certified.

· Knowledge on messaging environment is Preferable.

· Strong knowledge on Linux with LDAP.

· Should be able to troubleshoot issues without much support
