JOB DESCRIPTION: Data Mgmt Solution Developer (Netezza/Composite)

Member of the technology team responsible for the Risk Data Management Platform (RDMP) for Retail Risk. Serve as a qualified, experienced data management solution designer and developer. Must demonstrate experience with advance data management solution design and implementation skills. Must be proficient in SQL design and implementation as well as have experience in ETL design and development practices.
Specific development experience and skills in Netezza are required. Experience in Composite or a similar Data Virtualization tool is highly desired. Integration of data management solutions with Business Intelligence tools, such as MicroStrategy, is a plus. Must be able to work directly with business partners and users to translate business needs into strong designs and implementations. Must be a good communicator with the ability to interact with managers, business and the development team in a collaborative fashion.

Required Skills
• 7+ years data management solution analysis, design & development experience
• 5+ years SQL rated as Highly Proficient
• Netezza experience required
• 3+ years Financial Services experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively a must

Desired Skills
• Exposure to Data Virtualization tools (Composite)
• Experience with BAC Financial Systems (FSR/SAP) is a strong plus
• Experience with BAC Risk Systems a strong plus (e.g. Aspen, Everest, Mortgage Hub)
