Duration              : 12 Months contract

 

Skills

 

• Candidate must have 12+ Years of experience in IT along with 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst.

•  knowledge in Health Insurance industry needed

• Discussion with Client for understanding the Business Requirements.

• Checking the feasibility of the Business Requirements and identifying the inherent gaps in requirements.

• Impact analysis of business requirements, highlighting the feasibility and concerns for implementing the same by considering the architecture and operational limitations.

• Evaluating and translating business requirements in to analytical frameworks by proposing Designed Defect free, cost effective, End to End structured solutions in line with the business objective.

• Identifying risks & developing risk mitigation strategies.

• Preparing the Work Flow diagrams which represent the data flow between various impacted IT systems using Microsoft Visio.

• Assists in developing an overall change management strategy

• Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality
