- Strong SQL/Database development skills
- Working experience with an enterprise BI tool (Cognos, OBIEE, Microstrategy, BOXI)
- Great communication & leadership skills
- Experience working independently
- Familiar with Agile/Iterative development environments
- Good A&F Culture fit
- Experience working with Crystal Reports XI R2 Version
- Business Objects/Crystal Reports Administration/Infoview experience
- Experience working in large DW environments (1+ TB of Data; Tables with 1BB+ rows) utilizing an MPP database (Netezza Preferred)
- Experience working with Oracle OLTP databases
- Good overall database background including working on OLTP, OLAP, MOLAP databases
- Good overall technology background including BI, custom application development (Java, C, .net, others), application server mgmt/administration, application support.
