Required Skills

 

·        Develop detailed test requirements for hardware/software integration and system testing to include Unit, string, integration, system, performance, validation and user acceptance testing

·        Develop formal system test procedures and reports

·        Perform tasks to test programs for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to establishment standards

·        Document all test anomalies and actively support the investigation and resolution of all anomalies

·        Maintain performance metrics and report daily status to Program Management

·        Develop and track closure plans for issue closure and risk mitigation.

·        Testing experience with Mainframe applications, including TSO, JCL, SQL and FileAid

·        Manage test program compliance with applicable policies and procedures and all contract requirements

·        Bachelors degree with five years' experience in testing, particularly writing test plans, defining necessary regression testing, and executing and test script writing; 5 years of additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

·        Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years overall experience in software development and/or software testing.

·        Must have experience generating requirement test matrix and test scripts from the business requirements documents.

·        Must be able to exercise application software and architecture sufficient to prove or disprove the tests success and

·        Be able to convey the results of the test both verbally and written to the development and management staff.

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills

·        Must have knowledge of CMS systems, in particular MBDSS and/or MAPD

·        Must be a US citizen or possess a green card

·        Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust designation
