Senior Healthcare Business Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 6+Months
o 1. Data Warehouse projects
o 2. Agile
o 3. Data analysis, data mapping, data profiling
Responsibilities:
o 8+ years of BA experience working in large, complex, matrix organization
o Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and complete artifacts, including solution design support and data mapping
o Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team; provide suggestions and recommendations.
o Lead internal review sessions to discuss issues and questions related to requirements documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve issues.
o Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of relational databases and healthcare data.
o Provide explanations and information related to data analysis findings to both project team and business stakeholders.
o Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experienced with Agile methodology is MUST
o Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams regarding enhancements, changes, issues and defects that may impact development, data, workflow and/or functionality.
o Utilize RSA methodology in performing business systems analysis duties.
o Communicate with many levels of the organization, business stakeholders/SME, project managers, system architects, quality assurance, etc.
o Experienced with large data warehouse projects
o Able to meet & deliver quality work on tight schedule
o MS Office, MS Project, Rally, Visio
o Excellent communication skills – oral & written
o Verifiable 5+ year of experience on data warehouse projects
o Bachelor degree required in related field
o Verifiable 5+ year of Agile experience
o Advanced level proficiency with MS Office, Visio
Preferred Qualification:
o 5+ year healthcare experience
o 5+ year healthcare data analysis projects experience
