PeopleSoft Technical Developer

LOCATION:    New Brunswick, NJ- please submit local or nearby candidates not so far

REQ. SKILLS:    PeopleSoft HCM Technical Developer

START DATE:  ASAP 

INTERVIEW:   phone screen; poss. face-to-face/Skype                    

DURATION:  6 months

Manager is looking for a heads down technical developer with 3-5 years of straight technical development experience.

Position Functions or Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility will be to support the existing PeopleSoft system. The individual will perform a support role as a Technical Resource on all facets of the PeopleSoft 9.0 implementation.  He/she will work with the appropriate PeopleSoft SMEs on performance tuning, code changes, Benefits & Payroll Interfaces and Production Support. The individual will be responsible for support of PeopleSoft HCM, as well as, provide technical support, design, development, coding, unit testing, and implementation.

Basic Qualifications:

1.       Strong and Experienced PeopleSoft Developer, very strong in coding

2.       Experience Interfacing with Payroll Systems – (Interface with ADP Streamline would be great but not required)

3.       Experience pulling data from audit tables and Inputting data into multiple excel tabs – very important, technical screening will focus on this

Tools: XMLP, App Engines, SQL, PeopleSoft 9.0 or higher, People Tools 8.49

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science graduates with 3-5 years of experience.
