Job Description:

Client is looking for a Sr Performance engineer who will work with other users, cross functional teams and vendors to understand the performance issues and troubleshoot the performance bottlenecks at various levels.

 

• Should have strong leadership skills and commitment to drive the resolution for the identified performance issues.
• Experience with different technology ad OS stack like J2ee, .NET, Windows, Linux, AIX etc
• Work with network engineers to review infrastructure and network details, provide the network analysis. Suggest the changes and show the impact.
• Perform the network / application level monitoring using different tools and provide the details how the application performance looks like.
• Review application deployment / code and database model - make recommendations to improve the system and application performance.
• Provide performance criteria and measurement processes to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and continuous quality improvement in services.
• Evaluate performance test and develop corrective actions for future improvements.
• Manage timely deliverables with strong communication and cross functional partnering.
• Well versed with different tools like WireShark, ANTS profiles, Sniffer etc.
