Skill2 - SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) (L3) Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscaperapidly and able to foresee the likely challenges. Ability to frame the rightset of questions for the multiple tracks. Create solution proposals with effortestimation for a chosen project track. and create a solution road map addressing the current and the future needs of the business. Conduct solutionarchitecting workshops with the business managers. Create detailed solution documentation and presentations and implement the solution using the standard solutions in SAP. Should have at least 4 - 6 years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 3 - 5 years of domain experience. Able tolead a team and train the team and possess sufficient knowledge of the quality processes and adopted quality standards in projects. Knowledge of therecognized quality tools and Participate in Quality meetings Must have workedon implementation projects involving two or more of the SCM - APO solutioncomponents such as Demand Planning (DP), Supply NEtwrok Planning (SNP),Production PLanning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS), Global Available To Promise(GATP), Inventory Collabration Hub (ICH), Event Management (EM), Transport Planning and Vehicle Scheduling (TPVS) Must have expertise in APO CoreInterface (CIF) Must have ability to propose end to end solution for atleastone of Demand Planning, Production Planning, Procurement Planning, DistributionPlanningMust understand the integration of APO processes to process in one ofSAP R/3 modules PP, SD, MM.

Assist in creating solution proposals , rough effort estimates , assistin solution workshops and assist in preparing the solution road map as well asassisting in the detailed documentation and in implementing the solution. Ableto guide a team , preparation of design documents, gathering businessrequirements and estimation and having the knowledge of the quality processesand also guide the team in using the various quality tools. Should have atleast 2 - 4 yrs years of SAP experience in the core module of specializationand 1 - 3 years of domain experience Must have a good knowledge on more thanone SCM - APO solution components such as Demand Planning (DP), Supply NEtwrokPlanning (SNP), Production PLanning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS), Global Available To Promise (GATP), Inventory Collabration Hub (ICH), Event Management(EM), Transport Planning and Vehicle Scheduling (TPVS) Must have good knowledge of the APO Core Interface (CIF) Must have the knowledge of SAP Production Planning or SAP Sales and Distribution module and understand the integration of APO to these R/3 modules.
