Duties & Responsibilites :	Responsible for the definition, design, construction, integration, testing, and support of reliable and reusable software solutions, addressing business opportunities. Includes systems analysis, creation of specifications, coding, testing, and implementation of application programs and data interfaces. -Mainframe Includes Cobol, JCL, CICS, VSAM, IBM Websphere message broker, Java and related utilities. Also working experience in Unix/LInux, Shell Scripting, TCP / IP, REST is preferred. Need to have Agile / Scrum experience, deep knowledge in agile testing tools and methodologies. -Service Experience 1-3 years experience -Works with general supervision and follows established procedures -Understanding of the quality assurance and testing phases of projects -General knowledge of pertinent technologies -Data and Process modeling -Basic skills in data, and / or process modeling, business process design (1-2 yrs.) -Understanding of Lean/Agile methodologies -Quantitative & Analytical Skills -Basic; Demonstrated analytical experience -Exposure to working with third parties -Provides clear concise communication with project team members
