Duties & Responsibilites :	This company's Reporting  Analytics team has a need for a SAP BI/Business Objects developer that has a expert level understanding of the dashboarding tool called Design Studio. The effort will be to assist in guiding the move from BW 7.3 to 7.4 and that requires a rewrite of some of the BW content into Design Studio. Responsibilities may include:  Provide daily support of ITSM tools; including scripting, configuration, integrations and administration. Gather business requirements for each module of the system from functional teams Develop system testing procedures Build or update documentation to ensure standard procedures and knowledge transfer Troubleshoot issues Development of workflow, Java Script routines and other configuration and customization of the system per business requirements Maintain communication with management and customers regarding status of the system Required Skills - -Excellent Communication -SAP Bi design studio (Expert Level) -SAP BI 4.1 -SAP Dashboards -SAP Webi Report Development -SAP Universe Design -SAP BW queries -SAP BW Cubes REQUIRED: Legally authorized to work in the United States- Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science or other IT related- 1+ years of experience using ITSM systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, etc)- Experience developing with Javascript, XML, HTML INTERVIEW PROCESS: In Person
