Job Description:
REQUIRED: US Citizen
RRB (Resource Related Billing) process knowledge in government contracts and also who has knowledge in PS to complement that
SAP SD/PS- RRB Consultant to fill a Project role in a Government-federal project .This position will be 100% Onsite at Client Location in Indianapolis, IN. Travelers are welcome. USA Citizen is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
As an Onsite SD-RRB Consultant,
· Run/Review the Blue Print Session for Government RRB Contract Billing.
· Design the RRB process to suit Business needs of the client government Contract Billing process with WBS.
· Realization of this RRB process and have the interfaces with PS-WBS elements.
· Document the Problems, Issues and the Solutions for future reference.
· Write highly detailed functional specifications, To-Be Process documents
· Mentor others and Junior members and work as a team
· Liaison with IT and business users to deliver solutions and to meet their business needs
· Perform analysis on business processes, identify improvement opportunities using best practices
· Create and conduct test plans to ensure proper testing of business processes and participates in user acceptance testing and integration testing
Requirements:
· A minimum of 5 years hands on experience in SAP SD – Resource Related Billing (RRB) Configuration experience.
· At least 1-2 projects experience in USA Government Contract – RRB process
· Thorough knowledge of SAP SD- RRB to include SD Invoicing – Specifically to RRB and, PS with WBS integration.
· Thorough understanding of Defense related Billing requirements and all related master data stuff.
· Excellent analytical & problem resolution skills
· Good understanding on integration aspects with other modules
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
· Ability to concurrently handle multiple tasks with conflicting priorities while working independently or collaboratively
· Experience working in Onshore/Offshore model
· Experience in SAP HP ALM is preferable
· Experience in training documents preparation
· Training to End Users and Super Users.
