JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duration : 6 Months
Location : Fremont, California
Minimum Qualifications
· 7-10 years technical background with majority of them directly related to ETL, data modeling and conformance.
· Hands-on experience in Unix shell scripting.
· Ability to provide support and resolve issues during non-business hours.
· Skilled in authoring technical documentation and performing reviews, design, data manipulation, and creative problem solving.
· Understanding of database structures, table relationships and views.
· Ability to take initiative and communication skills are essential.
· Ability to work independently or collaboratively, can work on multiple projects in parallel.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong collaboration skills with ability to work with group of developers on complex projects developing business requirements identification, analysis and development, including policies, procedures and standards.
· Ability to clearly articulate, document and communicate problem and resolution plans.
· Demonstrated problem analysis and solving skills including complex problems.
· Proven ability to interpret business requirements into data solutions.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
· Experience in Oracle, Teradata , informatica.
Preferred Skills
· 7 or more years of experience in INFORMATICA ETL development . Good knowledge and experience in IDQ, profiling, rule matching and scorcecard is a plus.
· 7 or more years of experience in the Teradata programming and optimization of SQL queries.
Skilled in data warehousing , data marts and large databases.
· Good working knowledge on Autosys or any scheduling tool.
· Excellent track record of execution and delivery.
