Job Title: DataStage Developer (ETL)
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Cypress, CA

Client: Healthcare Comp

 

What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment? MLRE (Medical Loss Rebate Engine), and 3RDD (Reinsurance, Risk adjustment and Risk Corridor Data Distribution) projects.

Must have Skills:

·         Minimum 4 years ETL development experience

·         Minimum 3 years of experience with PL/SQL

·         Minimum 2 years Tivoli (TWS) or equivalent job scheduling tool experience

·         Minimum 2 years of UNIX or Linux development environment utilizing shell scripts or PERL

·         Minimum 4 years of SQL Datastage against relational databases (ORACLE, DB2, Teradata)

·         Minimum of 4 years of experience creating detailed technical design specifications

·         Experience working with a virtual team environment across multiple locations, including off-shore

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

·         DataStage (Parallel Extender) ETL tool (version 7.5.2 or greater, 8.5 or more preferred)

·         Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

·         Professional communication skills

·         Experience or Knowledge of XML

·         Healthcare Industry knowledge

·         Experience in complex, cross-departmental projects involving multiple platforms

·         Make recommendations for process improvements or performance enhancements
