Java Senior Developer – CORE architecture team

Job Description:
Seeking a Java Architect. This person will work directly with the Java architecture and development teams on the CORE order entry project. They will have hands-on role diagnosing and correcting performance problems, designing and implementing functionality, and fixing application defects.

Qualifications:.
• Prior experience with Spring 3.x, JSF 2.x, Spring MVC, REST, and IBM WebSphere 8.5.
• Experience with Atlassian Bamboo is a plus.
• Expert understanding of SOA and Object Oriented Analysis.                

 

Responsibilities:
• Diagnosing and correcting system performance problems.
• Implementing enhancements and defect fixes.
• Providing support and guidance to development teams on Java, JSF, SQL and Spring.
• Participating in code reviews to ensure development teams are complying with standards and industry best practices.
