Skills
Oracle EBS R12 upgrade
Manage at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle EBS upgrade projects in the US
PMP qualified and good experience in managing EBS projects
Experience of working in onsite / offshore delivery model
Experience in managing client expectations, risk mitigation, escalation & change management
Non Mandatory Skill
Understanding of Oracle EBS Financials, Distribution & Projects modules
Experience in Engineering & Construction industry
Non-Technical Requirements
Oral & written communication skill
Expert in using MS Projects and MS Excel
Good presentation skills & expertise in MS PowerPoint
Job Responsibilities
Managing the R12 upgrade project
Prepare, manage & update the project plan
Manage client expectations
Organize & lead periodic status reviews
Participate in Steering Committee meeting
Ensure deliverables submission as per milestone
Risk identification & mitigation
