Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Duration: 4+ months
Description:
•5+ yrs of experience in core SAP ?€" HCM process consulting
•5+ yrs of SAP Benefits experience
•3+ full-life cycle implementations (at least 2 implementation as a Benefits lead)
Role will require:
•Leading Blueprint sessions (with a process driven approach) for 401K and Deferred Compensation- on-site only
•Producing all the deliverables during Blueprint (which includes all FSDs for all RICFEW)
•Configuring the Benefits solution in Dev
• Transferring knowledge to an offshore resource and a client resource
•Excellent interpersonal communication skills
•Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time completion of deliverables
•Worked in a Tier-1 SI company"
