Senior Java Developer

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Duration: Long term (starts as 6 month contract)Interviews: Phone + Onsite (Local candidates highly preferred)

 Qualifications:

10+ years of Java development
Experience in back-end java development required
Experience/good understanding of multi-threading and concurrency is required
Solid knowledge of design patterns and good design practices is required
Solid knowledge of SQL required, Oracle is desired but not mandatory. Experience with Sybase, Postgress, Mysql will do
Experience web services and SOA is required
Good problem solving and engineering skills 
Experience with Spring framework is required
Experience with middleware and messaging technologies is preferred
Financial industry experience is preferred
Experience with Enterprise Data Management systems is preferred

B.S in Computer Science/Engineering/Math; Higher Degree is preferred
