·         Developer will work under Scrum methodology.

·         Must have STRONG communication and personal/soft skills.

·         Candidate will be interacting with business on daily basis and must present well.

·         Candidate will be expected to provide day to day technical leadership and make practical architecture decisions on the project.

·         Candidate must be a self-starter and a decision maker.

 

Minimum Work Experience:

·         Java Web Development

·         Spring MVC and IOC

·         JQuery

·         JDK 1.6

·         JUnit

 

Preferred Skills:

·         Maven

·         HTML/CSS

·         Resin

·         Certified Scrum Developer

·         Mockito

·         Hibernate 3
