Position Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field of study, plus seven years of experience in a related occupation within financial services and/or insurance industry
• The full term of experience must include solid understanding of Oracle Concepts, in depth knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and data warehousing, and an ability to develop complex applications in an integrated environment.
Highly motivated individual to make an immediate impact and hit the ground running
Ability to work as part of a team, yet provide leadership in designing and delivering successful projects on time and within budget, completed to client satisfaction
Able to speak with users and other IT groups to understand business solutions and design solutions to solve the problem
Have creative problem solving experience and be able to work under a tight deadline using agile methodologies.
Able to communicate effectively with business users to understand complex business problems and translate them into workable solutions
Need a dedicated individual who is highly invested in the firm's success
