Position Details:

 

Position  : Sr. Salesforce Developer

Location : Ambler, PA

Duration : 12+ Months
Interview: Phone then F2F

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide direction to more junior and/or less experienced IT staff in the fundamentals of Salesforce development

· Develop high quality, testable software from requirements analysis / user stories / use-cases to user acceptance testing.

· Develop custom pages through the use of Skuid

· Develop interfaces with Informatica and Data Loader

· Develop test plans, automated test frameworks and manual test cases.

· Collaborate with developers, QA members and management using the Agile Scrum project management methodology.

· Analyze and translate complex business requirements into structured solutions

· Provide overall architecture direction as related to the Salesforce platform

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Strong functional understanding of both SalesCloud and ServiceCloud

· Experience collaborating with customers in defining effective requirements

· Clear understanding of Salesforce best practices

· Extensive Salesforce Admin capabilities (writing formulas, implementing custom objects, creating email templates, using debug logs)

· Experience using the Salesforce Data Loader and Informatica

· Experience with Javascript, HTML and CSS

· Experience with browser compatibility issues (Chrome, IE, FF and Safari)

· Experience with Skuid

· Experience with Agile software development, Scrum, a plus

 

DESIRED SKILLS

· Current Salesforce Advanced Developer Certification (Dev 501 preferred)

· More than three years of experience developing Apex based components/Visualforce pages strongly preferred.

· Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
