We are looking for a pure experienced Database Developer
Need candidate around 10 years of experience

General Responsibilities:
Develop components of databases, data schema, data storage, data queries, data transformations.
Drive technical direction for small to large-sized projects. Assess business rules and collaborate internally, and with business owners to understand technical requirements and implement analytical and technical solutions.
Provide alternative solutions to a given problem. Contribute to advancing the team's design methodology and quality programming practices.
Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur; and consistently follow through on details and drive issues to closure.
Write documentation and communicate database design. Collaborate with program management and testing peers in the development of assigned components.
Participate in, and provides input to, requirements definition. Actively participate in group technology reviews to critique work of self and others.
To participate in the architecture, design and development of new and existing databases in support of various projects and tasks.
To help with the maintenance of the production environment running MS SQL Server as the database engine.
To follow development standards and work closely with PMs, QA and Business in delivering high quality products.
Requires extensive hands on experience with MS SQL development and database design involving normalization/de-normalization, complex stored procedures, queries, views, triggers, functions, etc.
