Requirements: 
  - Strong Workflow management (business process management) and Java professional with experience in IBM's BPM ( Business Process Manager v7.5 / 8.x ) 
-Experience in Content management with tools like IBM's FileNet P8 and legacy Image Manager. 
-Prior experience with implementing workflow technologies in an enterprise environment ; 
-Working with diverse teams (technology & Business) in different geographical locations. 
-Demonstrate strong communication skills and business acumen. 
-Prior BA experience would be a plus. 
-Development and Support of Applications 

Developer skills: 
IBM's BPM ( Business Process Manager v7.5 / 8.x ) 
IBM's FileNet P8 and legacy Image Manager. 
Java/J2EE , WebSphere 
HTML, XML, XSLT, Java Script 
Oracle/DB2/SQL
