Job Description:
CUCM knowledge, Cisco Agent features knowledge, Cisco Call handling and routing basics, Knowledge of Java Voice API's provided by Cisco Communication Manager, Good programming knowledge in Java and JSP's, setting up the Java env, Version control Tools such as Clearcase, GIT, etc
Should have knowledge of Java UI development and testing (Icon Framework)
Should have end to end understanding of telephony concepts. Good Communication skills
