We are looking for a IBM WODM Technical Lead to support world's leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global organizations client.
This is a 6 months Contract position based in Bentonville, AR.

Job Description:
In the role of IBM WODM Technical Lead, you be
* Working with the customer and contributing to different phases of the consulting and project lifecycle.
* You will define the problem, propose and refine the solution.
* You will be involved in requirements understanding and design phase.
* You will also be involved in the high quality development, configuration, test support and deployment of the overall solution.
* You will be involved in liaising with other teams, release and defect management,
* You will guide and lead teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope.
* You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
* You will be involved in coordination with onsite team members on deliverables, reviews and solutioning.
Basic
* Bachelor or Graduate degree or foreign equivalent required.
* At least 7 years of IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in IBM WODM (iLog/JRules)
Preferred
* Enterprise JAVA development background with a strong understanding of IBM WebSphere (Application Server, Message Broker/Queue, Portal, ESB, and Process Server) Technology.
* At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
* At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
* At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
* Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
* Experience to Financial/Banking domain
* High Analytical skills
* Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High customer orientation
* A high degree of initiative and flexibility
