Location – Houston, TX

Duration – 3 – 6 months or longer

***Need a good PM  to manage the project and make sure they are on schedule. Don't need oracle experience – any  financial application is fine. Should have experience working with SaaS.***

Job description below:

Development and management of a project plan in MS Project including generating resource plan, resource schedules, critical path and milestone plan.  Create a baseline project plan and create project plan comparisons to identify the root cause of delays and develop strategies to maintain the project deadlines.

Manage stakeholder communication and expectation management.

Generate weekly Project status report, conduct weekly project status meeting, maintain risk register and update program office.

Review the progress of SaaS custom application development, challenge progress, identify risks and issues, work with development team to determine mitigation plans and validate the development progress.

Provides assistance and consulting to project team members to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met. Evaluates current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects and level of efforts.

Testing Strategy and Plan development and monitoring.

Review project documentation and ensure client documentation standards are met.

Oversee the development of end to end business processes and reconcile to the existing data flows.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management or related field with emphasis in IT

Master of Science in Information Systems a plus

Five or more years of business management or related experience

Five or more year of Microsoft Project experience

Project Management Experience implementing custom applications

15 plus years SDLC process experience using Agile Methodology

10 plus years of project management experience in the IT environment

Five plus years' experience developing custom SaaS applications
