Title: Front End UI Angular JS Developer
Location: Reading, PA
Duration: 3 Month Contract to Hire
Interview Process: Phone/Skype
GC Holder or US Citizens only
Visa copy/passport copy is required for submission
- AngularJS Background (Must have)
- UX/UI Design skill set designing large applications
- Someone who can develop but can lead front end prospective and can help direct Penske in the right way
- Leading a team, not reporting; more of a guidance type role for questions that need to be answered by Rams team
- Developing web based applications on tablets & desktops
- NO phone base application for this role currently
- Responsive Design (touch screen background)
- 5+ years exp with leading & developing
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Web or Graphic Design
- 5+ year of application design and development experience
- 3+ years of user interface design experience (Desktop, Tablet and Mobile Applications)
- 3+ years of Java, JavaScript, HTML and CSS3 for front-end Web development experience
- Experience/strong visual design skills demonstrated via a portfolio of original web and mobile interfaces
- Experience designing for Agile development
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including AngularJS and jQuery
- Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, including AngularJS
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX
- Working knowledge of usability best practices and principles
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
