This immediate backfill role is to start asap ( ideally Monday 3/6 ) and go through the end of June.
The City of Memphis is migrating from Oracle R12 EBS to the Cloud.
Role is implementing Oracle Performance Management in R 12.
It is a lead functional configuration role. Technical skills are a plus , as there are some PL* SQL manipulations being done for items
such as – ratings scores and calculations.
IF they know Oracle Cloud Talent Management (which is synonymous with Performance mgmt.. in EBS R12) - greater chance to remain at client beyond June;
As client is migrating all HCM modules to the Cloud.
