QA Lead with RMS experience

Description:
- Senior QA Lead with 5+ yrs of experience, 3 yrs of Retail experience, good to have RMS experience.
- Good communication skills is a must
- Must have Onsite / Offshore coordination experience
- Tier1/tier2 companies preferred
- 5+ years' experience working as QA Lead
- S/he will be involved in developing test cases for SIT & UAT and will be executing test cases as part of System Testing.
- During the Integration testing and UAT phases, s/he will be responsible for providing testing support and will help in defect resolution and provide guidance to the team.
- Do test execution and Defect management, run the defect triage calls and publish metrics on progress
- Proficient in creating Test Strategy document, Test Plan, Test Cases and Estimate for various testing releases
- Expert in Test activities that include: debug and troubleshoot; perform impact, defect and gap/root cause analysis; coordinate test resources, status reporting, issue resolution, defect tracking activities
- Good knowledge on Retail Domain's Merchandising, Supply Chain
- Good knowledge in Test Management and software tools: ALM, SQL Developer, TOAD, Putty, Oracle 10g & 11g Forms
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills to facilitate communications between Business & IT team.
- Retail background is a plus
- Personal Attributes: Confident, Self-starter, Strong work ethic, Highly motivated
