Candidates MUST have the following in addition to the skill set below:

1.            Excellent communication skills; at least 8 or more out of 10

2.            Banking experience

3.            At least 3-4 years of experience in the USA

4.            Be willing to be onsite 100% of the project in Buffalo, NY

 

Skills Required:

•         Experience creating solution design in a complex application environment spanning multiple platforms and applications.

•         Proven experience in creating solution design, functional and technical design documents.

•         3+ years hands on Experience as a developer in a distributed (Java-J2EE, JS, DOJO, Eclipse, Web services, JSON, XML, Github, Maven)  and/or Mainframe environment (IBM ZOS, COBOL, JCL, CICS, IBM debug, CA 7 Scheduler, SYNCSORT),

•         Experience working with relational Databases ORACLE, DB2, SQL query.

•         Experience in all phases of SDLC/End to end implementations

•         Prior experience working in Financial /Banking Industry

•         Experience in DevOps, Agile environment and Tools (such as JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, Jenkins, JUnit etc) a big plus.

 

Preferred:

•         In addition to the development experience, experience with Test automation is a plus

•         Experience in solution Architecture

•         Experience working in a Global IT operating model a plus
