Expectation

-        PM with awesome communication skill ( as the role involves communicating with 3^rd party vendors on the tools and no in-house development)

-          Experience in working with vendor managing contracts, invoicing escalations etc.

-          With contact center experience is a huge plus, else should be able to demonstrate capability in being able to good grasp of technology
