Essential Skills:

• Must have prior experience in Mobile applications on iOS and Android platform. Mobile web experience is a plus.
• Business Analysis
• Requirements Management
• Excellent communication (Both written and oral)

 

Good-to-have Skills:

• Decent quantitative skills (desired but not mandated)
• Exposed to Agile model
• Retail Domain Knowledge

 

Project Brief: The opening is for a Product Analyst position within the Client's mobile team. The role will involve working with the product managers on the new features/ enhancements that are being created for the Client's mobile and tablet apps and working with the tech/ QA team to ensure that features are developed as per the business requirement

 

Job Role:

• Applies business knowledge and facilitative expertise to gather and create business requirements and functional requirements for mobile products
• Create use cases and process flows to meet business initiatives for Mobile Products.
• Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and translates into technical online solutions. 
• Interacts with SME's , cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand the requirements and handoff to development teams
• Performs as the link between business users, Consumer Experience and Technology
• Serves as testing liaison with the Quality Assurance. Assists in development of User Acceptance Test scripts and works with the business users to conduct UAT.
• Prior experience in Loyalty, Text enrollment, QR code, HTML5, Pharmacy business and Multichannel retailing is preferred
