Duration: 6+ months
Mandatory Technical Skills :-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent with a min of 5 years of development experience with Team Foundation Server and Product Studio.
Interact with business users and Business Analysts to understand the requirements and create design documents.
Work cross functionally across teams at Microsoft for new TFS requirements.
Update TFS Work Item Types (WIT) across multiple TFS projects and Collections.
Integration of external tools with TFS .
Desirable Technical Skills :-
Demonstrated Technical understanding of Microsoft and industry products & technologies.
Good working knowledge of database and bug tracking tools
Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming and Tools development
Mandatory Functional Skills:-
Strong presentation and communication skills
Attend and drive weekly meetings to track team progress against plan and deliver meeting notes, track action items after the meeting.
The ability to develop relationships and collaborate closely with both internal and external partners.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
Defining, documenting and maintaining reports
Must be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team
Must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management
Must desire to bring disclosure and transparency to the business about development and grow business trust.
Drive required process improvements based on engagement gaps and requirements from SMEs
