Job Description:
Desired Experience:
• Teradata database administration experience including trouble shooting and performance tuning
• Performance tuning
• Extensive experience with server installs
• Strong technical knowledge of database clustering
• Strong technical knowledge of database partitioning
• Experience with or willing to learn SQL relational database with MS SQL Server
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities
• Expertise in server-side web presentation technologies.
• Ability to document development including database design, application design and ongoing documentation of changes and modifications.
• Experience with large databases
• Experience with Disaster Recovery, Mirroring, Replication, and/or High Availability
• Strong scripting ability
