MUST HAVES:

SQL SERVER 2000/2005/2008

7-10 years in ETL and SSIS development

Strong SQL programming

Vast experience in developing ETLs using SSIS packages

Very strong performance tuning skills

Very strong in database designing skills

Exceptional communication skills, need to be able to communicate and convey messages easily with Business

Nice to have: exposure to .NET , Microsoft .NET Framework
