JD:
- Minimum 5-6 years experience
- Functional knowledge of BRM – Billing, AR, Pricing, and Pipeline Manager
- Experience as Operations Lead for Oracle BRM
- Experience in using ticketing tools like Remedy, SerivceNOW
- Experience with bug triage and problem resolution
- Experience in supporting interfaces to both upstream and downstream applications like payment gateway, email server, Network Mediation etc…
- Experience in debugging BRM OPCODE
- Experience in deploying patches
- Oracle BRM testing experience
- Good understanding of billing, invoicing backend jobs
