Position: Jr. Build/Release Engineer
Location: Durham, NC
Duration: 6-12 Months
Rate:- $40/hr on C2C
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
· A thorough knowledge and understanding of computer science as typically obtained through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
· Must have sufficient educational background and/or experience to qualify incumbent to perform configuration in release engineering.
· 3+ years of release/automation experience required.
· Experience with Maven, Bamboo, and Subversion (SVN) required Ruby and Bash scripting required
· Will be a part of an on-call rotation to support systems
· A general understanding and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the software development field is required.
· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers and department staff, as described above.
