Job Discription
• Thorough working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• Experience eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions and use cases.
• Experience with decomposing high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by those who must base their work on the requirements
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to remain engaged in and focused on repetitive tasks covering the same set of data points.
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills that maintain effective partnerships across functional groups
